Who might benefit from taking your mental health supplements?

- Depending on the specific supplement, we plan to eventually have products available for anybody that struggles with their mood, anxiety levels, sleep, focus, memory, and menstrual periods. 

Can your products be taken concurrently prescription medications?

- In the vast majority of cases, our products can be taken with prescription medications! However, please consult with a certified healthcare professional before trying any supplement from Heismy Wellness if you are currently taking any medication or have a known medical condition.

Do your products have side effects? 

Everything and anything you ingest has the potential to cause side effects, including food, beverages, medications and supplements. As a general rule of thumb, the greater the potency of a product, the greater the likelihood there may be side effects. However, that product should also have a greater likelihood of being effective. By using research-recommended doses of our ingredients in our formulas, we hope to find that balance between efficacy and safety. The most common side effects will be upset stomach or bowel movement changes. In many cases, this is temporary as your body adjusts and should cease upon discontinuation of the product. 

- As a general rule, if you develop any concerning side effects, please discontinue the offending product immediately and speak with your personal healthcare provider. 

Where are you located, and where do your products come from?

- We are based in Auburn, California. All of Heismy Wellness' products are manufactured in the United States by a GMP-certified facility and tested by a third party.

What is your return/refund policy?

- Sorry, we do not offer samples of our products.
